Cancellation Policy as follows:
  • All reservation requests must have the first and last name of the adult occupying the room, unless the second room is occupied by children 17 or younger.
  • YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE OR CHECK-IN TO A ROOM.
  • Valid PHOTO ID (Identification) required upon check-in.
  • Check in is 2 PM and Check out is 11 AM.
  • Rates shown are based on double occupancy.
  • Rates posted on this site are subject to change at any time.
  • Rates are not confirmed until guaranteed by credit card.
  • Palms Courtyard Inn has a phone deposit policy in order to activate your phone line. You must deposit a minimum of $20 and each call will be deducted from that $20. Local calls are 40 cents. This is an automatic non-refundable charge.
  • Bed type, smoking preference and other requests are noted but are not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis.
  • There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Your credit card will not be charged if you call no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • No travel agent booking from this reservation page.
  • If you do not cancel within the alotted time, you will be charged for each night reserved.
